This Cookie Policy explains how Neander Inc. handles cookies and similar technologies on the Neander marketing website, and how desktop app storage differs from website cookies. Neander Inc.’s mailing address is 2261 Market Street STE 91081, San Francisco, CA 94114.
The Neander marketing website uses local storage that is necessary to remember your privacy choice. With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and site usage. Google Analytics may set first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_<container-id>, and may collect measurement data such as page views, session statistics, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, and site interactions. Google operates Google Analytics under its own policies. External services reached from the website, including Tally, may use their own cookies or storage under their respective policies.
Desktop App Storage and Identifiers
The Neander desktop application may use local storage, app settings, logs, diagnostic identifiers, or similar technologies to maintain product state, support licensing or account flows where applicable, diagnose errors, and operate requested features.
Desktop app storage and identifiers are separate from website cookies. They may be controlled by app settings, operating-system settings, uninstall flows, manual deletion of local app data, or organization controls, depending on the final product design.
Your Choices
You can accept, reject, or choose optional categories in the website banner. Optional categories are disabled unless you consent. After making a choice, use the Cookie settings control at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw it at any time. Your browser settings can also clear or block website storage, but doing so may cause the banner to appear again.
Retention
Your consent record is stored in your browser for up to six months and contains the consent version, category choices, and the time the choice was saved. Neander does not currently receive this record. When you consent to analytics, Google Analytics data and related identifiers are retained according to the configuration of the Google Analytics property and Google’s policies. Information submitted through an external service, such as the waitlist or support forms, is handled according to that service’s policies and the information provided in the relevant flow.
Desktop app data and identifiers that Neander receives or stores are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including providing and securing our services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When they are no longer required for these purposes, they are deleted or anonymized.
Updates
Neander may update this Cookie Policy if its website cookie or similar-technology use changes. Neander will provide any consent choices required by applicable law. The date at the top of this page identifies when this policy was last updated.
